hi there when i put my cts into first gear is squeaks going in and out of the gate in the gearbox any ideas? also shud my gear box be stiff when going in and out its only sumtimes tho

Can happen with new cars in first and reverse when cold

My CTS doesn't sqeak as you describe but it is a bit 'notchy' when cold....expes 2nd to 3rd
