the brakes are exactly the same as the starlets, so you can get some real good pads and discs.

try 3g they are great for brakes.

Just be careful some of the older starlet discs are smaller. Off the top of my head our gen 2 paseo takes a 254mm disc, some starlet ones are 238mm. I got caught out on this when I had the car serviced for MOT and they fitted the smaller discs, couldnt figure out why my breaks were so bad untill about 2mths later the brand new pads were gone!! Checked it and only 3/4 of the pad was actually on the disc.... not good at all :(
