Blue Headlights

Hi guys,

You know those fancy "blue beam headlights" we all see when driving in the dark .... are they really so good?

They do look good, but to what extent do they really improve night driving visibility?

Has anyone fitted them to a RAV4 - is it an easy swap over? What price were they? Did you change just the head beams only or also the side lights?

It depends what you mean by "blue headlights"

Do you mean a full HID upgrade? Tony has this on his MR2 and his headlights are awesome! serious "daylight makers"..

if you mean deamon tweaks blue lenses that slick over stock bulbs, they are !Removed!!

I did have uprated healight bulbs on my old mr2, that were 100/80watt, they were very bright white, which made them look blue.... fairly effective though.

I'd get the standard white ones unless you were off for the full HID conversion.

The blue ones are crap, they may look good but functionally you may as well have a match showing you the way.
