Hi.

Can anyone tell me what size stock injectors are in a REV1 tubby <_<

Also I would like to know if injectors from a TT Supra (440cc) would fit my car.

I have eManage, so can have them mapped with my stg 1 Turbo to get the fueling right, but want to know if they are worth investing in ?

would they be too big ?

What sort of HP can stock injectors run to ?

(Think i was told they are high impidance side mount ? - sound reasonable ?)

Any advice appriciated ! Cheers

So What we saying then

there is no point in 440 cc i guess to be able to gain extra power.

id have to go bigger than that i suppose !

not to worry, was only asking as i was offered a set on the cheap ! never mind !

you wont need bigger injectors unless you get a bigger turbo mate. The stock injectors are fine for all operating points of the CT26 and CT20B

will my stick injectors run this to 1.0 - 1.1 bar ?

im running 0.7-0.8 at the mo to be safe ?

Your injectors should be ok at 1.0-1.1 bar, you have no fuel maps at those levels though so you will be running hell rich.

Overfueling is ok for now until i get the car mapped, rather that than det. :D

Also, its defo running rich, as at night if a cars up my a**e and i deck it, when she hits boost you can see smoke from the exhaust in their headlights(unburnt fuel) :P and you can smell it, and if i change mid boost, i get massive back fires :D as i guess fuel is dumped through my exhaust - and i have no boxes ! haha

you really need to get the fueling sorted as over fueling can do as much damage as det! you'll end up bore washing it snd scoring the bores.

dont forget if you increase the size of the injectors you'll need a way of controlling them (mappable ecu). think anything over 1.3 bar reqs larger injectors. i know i needed them on mine when she was mapped to 1.5 bar.

at 1.7 bar she is running at 62% dutycycle on Blitz 850cc's so plenty left in em yet. hope to run 2bar on a TD06 20g soon so ill let you know what dutycycle is then
