Whats the best petrol to put in my GT import? can i run it on normal unleaded or is it like turbo imports on super/optimax?

Pretty sure I read somewhere here a couple of days ago that Imports should be run on Super Unleaded (97 RON) as Jap cars are designed for higher octane fuel.

Certainly using Optimax/Super Unleaded in my Gen7 makes a huge difference to performance.

all imports are meant to be run on super unleaded fuel.if you cant get any use an octane booster fuel additive with 95 ron unleaded.

you can get the timing retarded a few degree's to allow you to use normal 95RON fuel but that takes away from the performance
