all brakes, suspension, bodypanel, etc... the same as UK 96-on hi-ace power van

engine the same as 96-00 uk land cruiser colorado (prado) 3.0 TD, anyway, the hi-ace 2.5TD service bits will do

I have a 96 Imported Granvia and we recently had a slight knocking sound from the passenger-side front wheel area (only at slow speeds). Our local garage has had a look today and indicated that the brake-pads need changing (fair enough at about £55+vat) and also the suspension has gone (will need to source from Japan - and will take about two weeks )

Should I tell him to use the same parts as for a UK Hi-Ace powervan which should be available from the shelf?

Thanks

yes as buesun predicted you cant go wrong with the uk Hi Ace powervan brake pads at £12.99 a pair from our local auto parts shop and presumably the suspension should be just as easily sorted.
