CAN ANYONE TELL ME WHAT I CAN DO TO THIS ENGINE ITS A 4A-GZE ENGINE

LIKE BOXS,FILTERS,IF THERES ANYTHING CAN BE DONE TO THE SUPER CHARGER

I have a 4agze also, what do you want to get out of the car?

You can change exhaust, air filter charger pulley etc lots of stuff just depends on how deep your pockets are ;)

i agree with Knowlson, it depends on how deep your pockets are, i know it's a bit different in the UK... i'm in NZ... but you can do what i have done and bin the supercharger and turbo it, i did this because of how the charger acts up top... i.e. the power dieing off and this is where the turbo comes in handy, you do get lag of the line now however where the charger used to pull.

standard mods to the 4agze are exhaust, intake-pod filter and cold air box, overdrive pully kit... taking the boost up to 12-14psi depending on size, bluetop cams... the list goes on as does the cost so decide what you want to spend then mods to your budget can be sorted out.

if you are handy with a spanner and welder there isn't alot you can't do to it yourself saving yourself some prescious coin. hope this helps,

swapping the supercharger for a turbo, might prove to be pricey, because u will probably need to have an exhaust manifold made..... but not only do u get a power increase with a higher level of boost, but u will also regain some of the power lost to the s/c B) u will get 200 bhp easily wheras,it is difficult to get that kind of power from the 4agze otherwise.

the price can definately rack up but as i fabricated and installed everything myself i managed to keep the price down enough that it was worth while doing it, i think i cut costs by 60% at least if not more.

turboing can definately give you alot more power but it comes down to what you want from your car.

You can quite often get HKS cast manifolds on T25 Turbos of eBay cheap esp in USA.

Or you could get the manifold and a newer design Turbo that will spool quicker:

GT15, 220hp

GT20, 260hp

GT22, 280hp

Im sure a GT15 would give no lag at all but prob better going for the 20 with 4AGE's reving high.

Or like has been said get bigger pully for the engine to spin that charger quicker.
