When Speed cameras first came out it was a good idea to put them in accident black spots but now its just got out of hand and there poping up everywhere.

Just had 9 of them put up in Petergorough on a stretch of the A47 whilst they do road works but there doesnt seem to be much road works going on day or night seems more like a revenue building exersice

stevetubbyturbo I agree. They do this on the A45 and it is a real pain. I think most people view these cameras as nothing more than revenue makers. I mean you going down a motorway, not a pedestrian in site, clean straight road, bang a speed camera? Yet go into my town people, shoppers kicks and morons using the main street as a race track. Where are the police? Where are the cameras?

back to the point- got caught in a protest like this in France, foooookin annoying to say the least! lets hope one of the plonkas who place these things gets caught in it!
