Thanks for the advice , i want to start by puttuing a air filter and a

full exhaust bypassing the cat, is there any specific makes of exhausts and

air filter i should be looking to get and if so where is cheapest place.

I am also looking for a set of lowering springs have seen a couple on eBay

but the brand name of jdm honda parts sounds tacky and cheap so thought

would give it a miss, i live in a built up area and unfortunateley theres too much

speed humps due to nova/fiesta drivers, so what springs and drop should i look

to buy.

also how do i put pics of my car up,

thanks

Welcome to TOC  Nice car mate..... How can you park that close to other cars? I`ve got a 4 mile exclusion zone round mine.

Suspension.... Probably a 25-30mm drop would suffice. Will certainly help wheels fill the arches. Still have to be a bit wary of humps tho. As for make? It`s a jungle out there. But a lot of people will point you in the direction of Eibach springs which are reputedly top notch. Dont forget that you`ll need to uprate the shocks as well or you`ll find the ride is a bit springy on the rebound. KYB do a good set of shocks and they wont break the bank

Induction kits....... Um IMO for a N/A car i`d just go with something like a K&N flat panel filter in your existing airbox. It wont give you much (If any) induction roar and it`s not going to make the engine bay any prettier, but it is 100% functional and will increase airflow over the stock item and you wont have any worries about cold air feeds etc. But thats only my opinion.

Exhaust.... I`d go for a mongoose stainless de-cat system. Bit pricey about £400+ but good. And it`s going to last forever.

I`d avoid buying 'bargains' on eBay for your car unless your 100% sure of what your getting.

As TomB pointed out, going GOLD will save you 10% on the above which is going to be over £100 Not bad for £25 outlay. And you get stickers :D .

I`m sure you`ll get loads of good advice from the wonderful peeps on here. It`ll be up to you to decide what you do with it. So go for it and enjoy the ride. :D :D
