Celica T Sport 2003 Help

I am possibly about to buy a new Celica T Sport 2003 and wondered if anyone could answer a few questions for me:

1. which size tyres does the standard T Sport come with

2. does anyone have any pics of the standard Satellite Navigation System and also any comments on how good it is? It must be very basic looking at the screen size/information I have seen so far - whihc is very limited mind you.

3. Comments on the standard Audio 6 speaker system? w/o sub.

4. is that just a storage box on the top of the centre console cause if it is - WHY??it looks terrible

5. I also cannot find 1 pic of a standard T Sport on the web using Google so any help there too would be greatly appreciated.

As you can see I am wondering how much money i will need to spend on additional/replacement kit for the car.

I have narrowed my list down to two cars. One being the Celica and the other the Leon Cupra R.

Thanks

Hi

Leon is a totaly different car than celica. It has a huge torgue (turbo)

and it is faster than celica. It is also more usable and much cheaper.

But if you want a great looking coupe then go for celica. Also consider that

leon cupra R is about to come with the good 225hp engine of the group vag.

BUT BE CAREFUL. Leon is going to have a facelift in a few months like the

ibiza last year  . The choice is yours. Hope to help.

umm, celica is a sports coupe... leon is a hot hatch.... celica handles much better than leon - it is one of the best, if not the best, front wheel car.

as to specifications, they depend on the country you live in... but overall, if you are looking for the sports car, celica is better one

i just got my new Tsport in THUNDER GREY and am probs the happiest T Sport owner in the world. Always loved celicas, and when finally i got enough NCB to afford insurance i made sure I got the T Sport. Lower models are OK, but feel tinny and not as solid as T sport.

I agree with u , NO INFO in T sport ANYWHERE apart from toyota website. But if u go on toyota website u will find used T sports with decent photos. There is once now in llandudno with only 200 miles on clock which LOOKS JUST LIKE MINE in thunder grey

wheels are 205/45. LOOK AMAZIN!!! CHROME style alloys.

everyone says that celica feels cheap inside BUT IT IS NOT. The DVD SAT NAV is a waste of money cos it is basically the radio/cd player with the screen used as a turn display. the storage unit above is ok for sunglasses etc and does NOT look crap - useful for future mods such as REAR PARKING TV.

6 speaker system is enough. bass is GOOD and no need for SUB. unless u come from rushholme and u were originally gonna buy a civic type r (like my uni mate). head unit limited but does the job. cd autochanger useful.

i have pics of my car and it has an AMAZIN private reg which will go up in value i am sure. think of the word T SPORT and try makin a reg number from it and u got mine.

overall the seat leon is different, looks good also BUT noway as good as celica.. i was gonna buy just the cupra but depreciates, is basically a GOLF inside and has a "all i want is a fast car" image. Like a Lancia Delta, or Senator.

i love my new t sport and think u should get one if u can cope with the engine noise. on motorways this can be annoying when u listening to some music but otherwise i switch it off and am happy listening to engine while caning it around a country road.

the car will never let u down and has a decent resale value. otherwise if i was u i would wait for mazda RX 8 if u want a cheaper car but with similar horsepower and TRULY ORIGINAL LOOK. NO ONE WILL HAVE IT IF U ORDER ONE NOW AND GET IT FOR AUGUST. i wanted one but couldnt wait that long and prefer celicas anyway.
