Ignis Sport Or T- Sport?

Yeah, fair enough. Not going to race one but a new Yaris 1.3 has steering wheel height adjustment and side airbags as standard. Just a quick glance there may be other stuff.

Big difference is.... I'm happy to be seen in my Yaris. The Suzi or the Daihatsu on the other hand...

But you'll get that with any car! I used to get sniggers for driving a Daewoo, but anyone will get sniggers for the car they drive - its inevitable - either because the other person feels jealous or they think their car is better - you will get sniggers no matter what car you drive....

My Dad owns a top of the range Land Rover Discovery - and he loves his Disco! He popped round to see some family friends and they said "Oh - you drive one of those" Turns out they are against Off Road vehicles.... but thats just their preference - my Dad adores his car and thats all that matters!

You cant please 100% of people 100% of the time!

Why not forget both. If sporty handling and outright pace are your thing, in a small package with cheap insurance, why not go for a Citroen C2 1.6VTS 123bhp etc... Ugly I know.. but the yaris is french too ;) Costs about the same as the Suzuki too (including Citroen's insane discounting policy)

Auto Express did a test of the C2 VTS Vs the Ignis Sport. The Ignis won, AE proclaiming it the best "value" Hot Hatch available.

I think all this has proved is that 99% of us are quite rightly biased to Toyota and the only way you will get a non-biased response is by not asking in here! lol

If this was an Ignis forum it would all be the other way!

I have test driven the Ignis Sport, and as it is better value for money, less common, quicker, better handling, better brakes, MUCH better seats, better stereo, better interior etc etc etc I shall be upgrading to the rally-bred Ignis as soon as I can!

End of the days it your own opinion, i personally think an ignis sport looks okay. But i have a t sport because they look better.

You can tell by the number of posts and the guys attiude that he has just signed up to get on people back - fair do's, if that what floats your boat.

The inside of an ignis sport is ****, and i feel i was driving a four by four. It look like a tank with side skirts and a spoiler, sound like a tank when you in one, overall though this aside they are good.

Ignis sport was introduced later so its bound to be better handling etc.

When you have suzuki and toyota names side by side, its toyota all the time.

What the ubiks the big deal with the 0-60 being a bout 0.1 etc faster, **** man that will make loads of difference! yeah right

Wouldn't worry about it. We all own toyota's, so we love the toyota.... them muppets own Suzuki's, so they're going to prefer their suzuki's. There isn't really a middle ground... we like ours, they like theirs... that's how it goes. It's never going to be agreed which is better or worse because we both have differeing and biased views. If i owned a TS it'd be the best car in the world. If i owned an Ignis, it'd be the best car in the world. Why?? Because it's mine and i bought it, and i like it.

Erm it has discs all round, plus ABS + EBD. In short, more powerful brakes on a lighter car. Sorry to point out your mistake, but we've already discussed the brakes.

The YTS has discs all round with ABS and EBD so I dunno where you got 'more powerful brakes' from.
