New Member Saying Hi

Hi everyone,

Just joined the site..have to say lots of useful information.

Looking forward to contributing.

I have a 1993 MK2 REV2 GTI which I have had for about 6 months and loving it. Not done any mods yet apart from engine bay cleanup and new tyres. Anyway pics posted below.

Welcome poohbear...im a newbie to just got myself sorted out cant wait to get the roof off..Just wondering what did you use on the engine bay to get it looking so good?

Great looking car you have got there. Wow what a clean engine bay you have got there. You must have spent hours on her cleaning her up. ;)

Thnx all for the nice comments,

Mostly the engine bay was elbow grease and time..but the inlet manifold/rocker cover/ A-CIS etc I painted using Hycote Aluminium and Hycote clear heat resistant paint. The blue stuff was done using Brake caliper paint.
