Sports Cat System Group Buy. Please Keep On Topic.

Can we please try and keep this thread on Topic this time. I have spoken with my fabricator at the weekend and it looks as though I can do a 2 1/4 inch sports cat system for the T-Sport. The system will be made from 304 stainless steel and will be manderel bent so will have no changes in internal diameter.

I have added up all the costs involved and I believe I can do 3-5 systems for £350 and for over five systems I can do them for £325. (Very good value for a fully stainless manderel bent sports cat section in todays market place) I will need an £80 deposit on this GB to cover the costs of the sport CAT that I will need to order up front.

The system is from the header back. It includes a sport Cat and a silencer section and ends before the back box. (please see the pictures for further info) The car can be used with any back box even the stock system although it would be best used with an after market exhaust. The car will pass the MOT with this cat attached so you won’t have any hassle removing pipework every year.

In terms of noise the car was suprisingly quiet around town and at crusing speed. Its only when you give some gas that the beast comes to life! (Please note I was running the car with a Fujitsubo power getter, I do not know what the car will sound like with a different back box.)

Does this come with everthing needed to swap the two previous cats for the one high flow cat?

What is in volved in fitting the cat?can you eastimate how much fitting would cost?

Hi Chris, everything is included for a straight swap. All the gaskets everything.
