Import Parts

i notice rhaines mentions on another topic that his bro' does sum import parts. do we know of any good places for import parts - (most of them) - just in case they are ever needed.

i currently need side indicator repeater (toblerone style).

also:

i need to replace a few general bulbs, notably reverse lights and a few indicator bulbs. on looking at rear light cluster on my import mk2 turbo there is no panel to remove which wud have been nice and it seems that i'll have to remove the whole unit. - is this the case?

The light clusters on the back of the mr2 come off in three parts, the two clusters at either side and the centre panel. Either side come off by pulling off the side indicator and removing the two screws and pulling them out and the centre panel has a number of bolts.

What do you mean in terms of replacement for the back. A popular mod is to put the later revision rear lights and centre panel on the car or alternatively get the revision 6 led conversion (www.revision6.com).

As for spare mr2 parts Toyota Celica Breakers seem to be the best breaker around for those....
