If You Could Have Any Toyota Of Your Choice?

What would you choose. Now I mean to own and drive. Don't say "2000GT" just because it's the most valuable and you'd sell it and buy a Porsche or something.

My choice would be a turbodiesel Land Cruiser Amazon with the 3 locking differential option.

You can drive that anywhere, anytime forever for the rest of your life with regular maintenance and the TD is good for a bit over 25 mpg. Awesome for a vehicle of that mass.

So?

You could take off all the Toyota badges and put your 'shopping list' down the side if you're too proud. ;)

It's like "what is your dream meal? Fish and chips, or a curry?"

The reason I drive a 'yota .. cheap performance .. from a car with the engine in the right place.

To be honest i like a car with physical presence. Have to be the Land Cruiser Amazon for me too!

I've always wanted a bit more bulk! ;)

A mint condition AE86 Trueno, i've heard that most suffer from rust.

thats a lexus, i thought it was what toyota???

Toyota Soarer, or Lexus SC430 if you like. ;)

Lexus = Toyota. I don't care to hear any BS about spinning off divisions and what-not. Perhaps 10 years after Lexus has been "independant" of Toyota we might start considering it a legitimately seperate brand, but for now, for all intents and purposes while Toyota still sells "Lexii" as Toyota's in the JDM and while Lexus still have window glass and engine parts that all say TOYOTA on them, they're TOYOTAS.

Thats just horrid

Just my opinion

Yeah, I actually didn't like the new Soarer/SC at first either. Thought it looked like a giant goldfish with big eyes or something.

Took some time to grow on me and understand what they were going for. I understand now, it's a homage to the early roadsters, like the Porsche 356. Seen in that light, I discovered it's hidden beauty and now I love it.
