Uk Starlet Gt Turbo, Not An Import?

Managed to get a good quote for a Starlet GT Turbo Import From Elephant.co.uk so i've been looking for japanese car auctions on Google.

I dont know whether to trust them with sending it over, is there no hidden costs?

All the Starlet GT turbos are going for well cheap! whats the deal?

I want 1 Bad and dont know how to go about getting one.

Any Suggestions for a good website/company?

Has any1 got 1 imported from Japan instead of buying 1here that can help?

there was never a starlet turbo for anywhere other than Japan im afraid mate. Only options are import, or a UK starlet converted to turbo. Even then you will prob struggle to insure it

Went on www.confused.com for insurance quotes and it gives you the option of insuring a Starlet GT Turbo non import, but not sure if its a mistake or not?

definetely mistake dude. They were only ever made and sold in Japan

maybe they insure imports too...

try with admiral and put woman drivers as named drivers...could get a decent quote from them

Every Starlet GT Turbo is imported m8...u can't find a UK spec one...it's mission impossible.....
