That's the point, chocolate is full of energy! Hill walkers carry chocolate with them as emergency rations because of its high energy content... Not going to get into how you can fuel cars with sugar for the same reason!!!

They'd NEVER get away with that here.

Sure. 400 grams of refined sugar will give you energy for about 3 minutes, then you'll pass out and sleep in your chair while your teeth rot.

Not exactly the choice of world class athletes. hehehe

Anyone else remember the old advertising line "A Mars a day, helps you work, rest and play"?

Murray Walker has been credited with that one in the past but not sure that's true.
