Rear Winsbones Problem

Hello from Greece (again) Having purchased a brand new 04 registered Avensis 1.8 VVti about 1 year ago Last week went for intermediate service (1 year) , 14000 klm in my local Toyota shop. The technical manager told me that i will must replace the rear Wishbones because Toyota had been published a service bulletin and must to accomplished this at once.The job is under guarantee If anyone knows this problem please, please I'd really like to know what happen ( per example the replacement is only now or after 15000 klm I will must change the scissors again.)
