you will struggle to get 200bhp out of the 3sge without forced induction or internal work.

your best bet is;

CAI

2.5" Down pipe to 2.25" mandrel bent SS exhaust - straight thru with your choice of tail box, 4.5" looks cool.

irridium plugs gapped one grade colder.

or

50hp Nitrous progressivley controlled wet kit and extend bore of exhaust system to 3" down pipe, 2.5" bore exhast straight thru.

or

buy a UK ST185 celica with 200bhp, or the JDM version with 225bhp.

or buy a ST205 celica.

or supercharge your engine.

personaly, i tried the 'beefing up the n/a' with nitrous and exhaust etc, then quickly bought a turbo'd 4 wheel drive celica. no comparison.

nitrous is not dangerous. a badly fitted kit or a bad kit is dangerous.

i reccomend paying the Wizards forums a visit.

if you want a ST205, be aware they are more expensive to maintain and modify, but the return in bhp is fantastic. if you can afford to own and run one, do it.

a nitrous kit can cost anywhere from £350 imported from USA or £1,000 for a whopping progressivley controlled system from the wizards.
