Lock Stock Or Snatch?

Well I have changed my mind on the above films, since they have both been out I have said that Snatch was alway the better film but this weekend my girlfriend and I have watched them (first time for Laura) and I think Lock Stock is better.

Both are amazing films but the characters in Lock are better.

Felt like I got more involved with the plot a bit more on Lock tho.

i voted snatch cos its an overall better film, lock stock had a better story but was missing more powerfull action scenes like in snatch, vinny was better in lock stock though, seemed more comic in snatch

Snatch is funnier, but lock stock is just classss...

Think imgonna go with snatch on this one...

I find Guy Ritchie's films a little annoying to watch personally.

Plus, you practically need subtitles to understand any of what's being said if you're not British, and subtitles are notably absent.

Between the two, I'll have to go with Snatch I guess.

But I still say Ritchie is vastly overrated.

These are both GREAT films but I'll give my vote to LOCK, STOCK because it was the first of the 2 I saw and it woke me up to Brit Gangster style movies again.

The characters in both are funny and good to watch and the fact that several storylines are taking place independant of each other but are ultimately intertwined confused some but hugely entertained many more.......

Both get high NACHO ratings in my book

Agree with Gordy, Lock Stock was the original and was like a breath of fresh air at the time, Snatch was brilliant and probably funnier but you sort of had an insight into what to expect. The characters were cast brilliantly

Preferred Lock Stock, just couldnt get into Snatch for some reason
