LOST THE KEY FOB TO MY CAR THAT LOCKS/UNLOCKS AND SETS THE ALARM. THE KEYS THAT IVE GOT TO IT ONLY OPEN AND LOCK THE CAR THEY DONT DO THE ALARM AS WELL. IS THERE ANY WAY OF SHUTTING THE ALARM OFF WHILE I TRY TO FIND WERE AND HOW MUCH IT IS GOING TO COST FOR A NEW FOB, AS EVERY TIME I OPEN A DOOR IM SETTING THE ALARM OFF. EVEN TRIED DISCONNECTING FROM Battery BUT IT KEEPS GOING ON A BACK UP SYSTEM THAT I CANT FIND.

ANY HELP WOULD BE GREAT. :ffs:

i purchased my picnic from an auction and when i asked for the keyfob they told me that they didnt get it. the prevous owner must have lost the keyfob and deactivated the alarm. sorry i cant help you but i would like to know the procedure for getting a new keyfob for a toyota picnic

went to my nearest dealer which was in wolverhampton, in the end it only cost me just over £100. but it would have cost me more if they had to replace the main computer, eau or something simular.soory for the late reply but have been with out a computer for a while.
