Removing The Center Column/stereo

Hi,

I want to fit a bluetooth hands-free unit (Nokia CK-7W) into a 2004 Avensis.

To do this properly, I need to connect a wire to the mute input on the rear

of the stereo. (and in addition connect a cable to the ignition terminal).

1. How do I remove the stereo and/or the center column, to get access to

the stereo connector

2. Once I get there, how do I know where to connect the cables? Wiring diagrams

anyone?
