White Clocks

Ok i'm new so here is something i need help with.........

I have a avensis 1.8 1998 gls i can find everything for it like.......

bodykit,

spoiler,

twin lights,

turbo unit,

Nitros EX,

chip.............

and a sh*t load more but i can't find anyone that will do me white clocks. On this site http://www.svlreclame.nl/3sgte/3sgte.htm

the avensis has them so where do you get them???

By 'clocks' I'm guessing you mean gauges?

In that case, I noticed his on that Dutch site say "HKS" on them.

I'd start by looking for HKS resellers on the Internet and email them and ask the if they sell white gauges for your Avensis.

not got a clue fella, i'm also after "modding" me avensis 1.8VVT-i

i'm jus after

new gauges,

rear clusters,

twin h/lights,

delta 3 skirts (sorting ATM),

MG ZT rear spoiler,

17's or 18 ins alloys,

dropping it 40mm (do i need shorter anti roll bar links????),

£3500 install already in. :D

I've spoken to this chap already.

He manufactured these dials himself, as he's into graphic design etc.

However, one thing you MUST remember is that you WILL get hi and lo spots of light shining through any aftermarket dials - as the originals have shading on the back to prevent this.

A company in the UK that does do them is www.auroragraphics.co.uk they are good, but not upto the standard I want - (no shading on the reverse of dials, to even out the light shining through).

A set of dials for your speedo cluster and centre heater panel will cost your around £30.

I was gonna say i would imagine that they are custom, as they don't have JUST HKS on the dials, has other logos as well

Drop a PM to Ken ( sorted Avensis ) .

He got white dials in his from a company in the UK ( can't remember where myself though ! )

where did you get the pics from? and are they for your car?

No probs Mick.. Yeah the pics are from my car.

Ken got them from the same place, there not white but silver - this is the only colour they will produce them in.

But beware like I said mate, the quality isn't that great, IMO they looked a bit tacky compared to the originals, so I just sent them back :(

I was talking to Ken about maybe getting a group buy on some 'indigo dials' like this...

what do you guys say? I think some of the other cars from TOC got together and did this, think it was Corollas? ;)
