Just picked up my '03 T Spirit tonight - very please with it!! :hokus-pokus:

Managed to find the Sat Nav system as well - seem that most people have said it's in the boot, but mine is under the passanger seat - is this normal? (Saloon)

Just to let you know before you ask - yes - I bought the fast one - the Carlo Blue!! (2.0 S-Auto).

So, here's the questions now.....

I've noticed that you can't do much with the sat nav while driving - is there a way round this? I understand they don't what you playing with it while driving - but what about passengers?

According to the manual there is some sort of voice control for the stereo? How does this work?

What's the latest version of the Sat Nav CD? I've got 2.1 (release '02-6), is there a later version and if so is it any better?

I'm sure to have some more questions soon...

Is it when the handbrake is up that it reactivates?

In this case all you have to do it short it out where its connected to the handbrake, someone will know more... :)

No, just stopping at traffic lights activates the menu items - as soon as you move again they get "greyed out" again. I'm presuming it's the satnav system that detects the movement as to whether the menu items are displayed or not.... I'll just have to play and see is there are any settings for this.

You will find that the Sat Nav is speed sensitive.
