Do You Commute Around Bicester (j9 M40) Or J10 M40

whats the traffic like?

have heard from a mate that j10 gets screwed up from about 8a.m.

will be commuting to silverstone see (arriving 8:20ish), so another option woudl be to leave at j9 and take the scenic (but more direct) route...prob with that is i'd have to circumnavigate bicester.

The junction can get a bit manic, it's the A34 you have to worry about trying to get onto the M40 as it can get extremely silly around the Btoley turnoff and then at the M40 junction there as well, sorts itself out though so not ott there...

I hate M40 J9.

I have blowns two supra bottom ends there... one going southbound blew a hole in the block I could fit my fist in.... the other going north just spun a big end bearing

No speed cameras on that strech though ;)

I never really hit traffic in that area, getting out of Reading in the morning is the worst part Once i get near the M40 its usually ok.

Well I only go there on Saturdays when it isn't snarled up at all.
