hi guys,

My 2003 camry got a annoying noise from steering whell when i turn my car left and right. This mostly will happen after about 10 minutes car drived on the road.

I sent it to Toyota dealer and was told they can't fix it untill they got suggestion from Toyota manufactory.

Any help i can get from here?

Thank you all!

Jimmy from Sydney

This seems obvious but I hope you checked to make sure the lug nuts are nice and tight...

oops - for some reason when I skimmed your post I thought it said "wheels," not "steering wheel"! Sorry.

On the floorboard by the brake pedal, locate the steering shaft as it goes into the firewall.. There is a black seal around it.. Get some WD40, and lubricate it, you can use the handy little straw with the can to get as close as you can get in.. This was my fix for the noise when I worked at Toyota..
