GGGGGGGGGRRRRRRRRRRRRRR :ffs: :ffs: :ffs: :ffs:

Not amused!!!!!!

Last friday (as in the friday of last week) I ordered a new engine for Millys car.. fair enough, he said he'll not take it out today, its a bank holidy, so he'll have it out the car on tuesday, and at the courriers, so I'd have it for wednesday, thursday.. I was pleased with this and said something along the lines of "as long as I have it for the weekend, its ok..."

Its the weekend I am still engineless. All the other buts I had to order at the last minute arrived fine... apart from the engine... which is a major :censor: ing critical part of getting the car on the road for next week!!!

The old engine is ready to be hoiked out (two hours work from running, looks like I'll beat my previous record of 3 hours 30 lol) but I'm left twiddling my fingers, let down for parts.....

AAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRRGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHH :ffs:

I'm slightly frustrated ladies and gents!!! Only trying to do her a favour!

Siiiiiiiiiiiigh that feels better

ITS JUST STARTED %$(ING RAINING TOO!!!! :ffs: :censor: :crybaby:

That is simply not possible if you are doing it properly!!!

you have to let the headgasket settle and retorque it a few times to prevent running into headgasket problems later!!!

Ben I probably would, as long as it was at your place!!!

I have all the tools/stands needed

Dude, i was there, i saw it with my own eyes!

Obviously the head bolts took a while to do but all the main bits and bobs i.e, the head, rocker cover, pipes & plugs etc where all done rapid sylee...

Back on topic....

I hate scrappy folk, they know they save you money on new parts so they just take the p*** with there prices cos they know you'll pay it ?!?!?!?
