My First Celica....

Well, I've finally got my celica and I am very happy with it. It's a lovely 1995 GT (import) in Astral Black. I'm coming over from Vauxhall (1992 Astra GSi) and it certainly hasn't got the same 'snap back into the the seat' action that the Astra has when you put your foot down but both are 7.5 0-60 so it must be cos the celica is smoother I suppose! But I don't mind that. Cluch is lovely and smooth which i'm not used to!

How much would a cambelt change be about from a local mechanic? Does anything else need to be changed as well? Tensioners etc?

I see your from Middlesbrough. I have a Corolla G6R i always take mine to a place called Marshbrook Motors they r trained Toyota mechanics, do a great job and its reasonably priced.
