Slightly Lumpy Idle

just wondering if it could be my plugs, there due soon and ive tryed cleaning them up but when at idle it seems lumpy and runnin dosent seem smooth as it should be, leads look clean and new anough, any ideas

try a full service,oil,dizy caps etc

air in the cooling system can cause this on the mk1. Wonder if it's the same with the mk2 and have you changed your water recently/got any leaks?

Reset your ECU, leave it unplugged for 10 mins then take her out for about 2 miles to remap all the settings. This should solve the idle problem, also is should feel a bit smoother if youve had a few mods done recently. I had this problem not so long back.
