Yaris T-sport And Scion Xa

I want to know if these two cars share the same engine?? if that´s the case, could i fit a cat-back exhaust that fits the scion because i think there are none of those in north america. and also i would like to know that if there´s a turbo for the scion could these fit the yaris?? thanks in advance for ur help, i´d really aprecciate it

i think the scion xb is the same so f the xa and xb are the same you be sorted but exhausts prob wont be the same mounts as a yaris

yes.. they share the same 1.5L engine... the cat-back system will not fit...

the turbo on the other hand will fit perfectly - the only thing that's different is the intercooler... many Scion turbo kits sold in the US are designed for the JDM Vitz so you'll also have to buy a piggyback computer to sort out ECU issues... ;)

Yes, they both have the 1NZFE, but it is a different car than the Yaris so exhaust system is not likely to fit. The Scion xA is the same car as the Japanese market Toyota Ist.

Yeah there are a few - depends on what model of Yaris you have.

Most people here go for Fuji Power Getters or HKS HyperMufflers for their T-Sports, but there are others like the Blitz Nur Spec ..

If you have a non t-sport then the options are more limited but some do exist - people like CFC1 and Ryan have 1L engines and cat back systems ... have a look through the threads mate.

Sorry Ryan - just assumed they were cat back like the T-Sport. Isnt there a non-powergetter Fuji though?

The Fuji isn't a cat-back, its just a backbox right?

And there is a non-power getter but I'm not doing anything else to my car cos a T-Sport is on the agenda hopefully! :D

Yep there is a non power getter for the 1.0l and the facelift 1.3litre. And it is just the back box as far as i know.
