Ok im having a bit of a problem with a K&N panel filter...basically I got one off of eBay, part number 33-2094, which directly corresponds to the Toyota Paseo application....well....it gets delivered, I open the box and I am stunned to see a rectangular filter...seeing as Paseo filters are (well, in mine at least) square. I email the guy pretty much attacking him asking if he sold me the wrong one and he's adamant that it is the correct one...and I check on the K&N site and it seems like he's telling the truth! the measurements on their site are rectangular....

...so basically, wtf is wrong with my filter ?! I mean ive checked loads of paseo engine bay pictures and they all have a square based airbox so what is happening?! I can tell you that the dimensions of my filter are 185mm x 170mm x 50mm....help!

really? would you know the part number for it? Im assuming that the K&N filter number for the Paseo is probably for an american specified Paseo seeing as they have slight differences engine-wise

i'll find the box tomorrow, i'll post em up then. ;)

I just got a K&N panel filter for my Sera which should be the right one for your Paseo and it's listed as fitting the Starlet. Part no. 33-2634 which is a nice fit.

well i dunno if its a el44 filter cause i mean they use the same engine, and on the k&n site, the 33-2094 filter is for the " 1997 " Paseo
