9 Days Of Hell!

it started out as an engine steam clean and backing up on the ramps on my drive to finally identify the oil leak that's bugged me for 2 years.

then i though why not fit my decat pipe while im at it (even though most peeps warned me off and said get someone else to do it).

i had to take that much stuff off to get anywhere and ended up doing my timing belt and new tensioners as well.

all the while lying on my back in the sand (half finished block paving)! with the car touching my chest, the wind blowing the sand around, oil dropping in my eyes, not having the right tools, not having skinny enough arms to get into all the small places - and driving my girlfriends' CORSA! for 9 days while mine was off the road.

still, i got a new timing belt now, nice decat - re-fitted my apexi intake, polished up some engine bay parts and picked up my refurbished split rims which will be going on the car on tuesday or wednesday when the local wheel place can get me some small open ended nuts (ooerr) :D
