After a de-cat pipe, 3" down pipe and manifolds next if anyone has any recommendations would be gratefull

Sounds good mate. If you're after a decent decat/downpipe then get the Aussie downpipe.

Might be a little bit dear, but worth every penny IMHO. If I did all my mods again, that's the one I'd have done first.
