Alarm Problems

Hi

I'm new to this site so go easy on me please. I have a 2001 Avensis Verso which had a Battery replaced two months ago. Last night at 8:30pm the alarm went off for no reason (car is parked on my drive). Since then it goes off every three hours. You can time it to the minute.

Does anyone have any ideas as it's driving me and the neighbours mad. I have it booked in with Toyota in 2 days time so if anyone knows how to de-activate the alarm in the meantime, it would be apprciated.

You may get a few replies if you posted this query in the Avesis section or General section rather than the MR2 one :P

Just out of curiosity though, was it raining (or had it recently rained heavily) when the alarm kept going off? Also was it as windy near you as it was here in Northants?
