hi all,just purchased 96 rav gs s.w.b. three days ago and i love it ,it has lots of chrome,is a lovely light metallic green with alloys,76000 miles,its my first 4x4 in 18 yrs of driving and even better,my wife loves it!! will be watching this site closely for hints and tips ;) .

i'm new to rav too i bought mine 3 week back its a mk2 rav 3d gx with standed fittings hoping to get all the chrome on it so i've been checking round there are a couple of sites. so i tryed the main dealer for s/steel side bars my quote was £87 on top of what i've seen else where. Ouch do you think they could price them selfs out. and i'm still looking for a repair manual for the rav. there is one other thing i would like find out is there other sump gards like you can get for the big toys to fit on the rav.

thanks for the replies lads!not sure if they do a haynes manual on them,just keep looking on e-bay for bits n bobs,at least one thing you have over mine is leccy windows and probably air con :cacker: ??but hey,i have all that luuuverly chrome! :D speak to you later.
