I remember people going on about black cars in Gran Turismo 4 or something but how and when can you get them?

I sort of remember day 694-700 or something???

yeah theres 4 - the 2 nissans, the GT-one and the Mazda B

I'm on 96% and given up - completed ALL the races, and all i have left is about half of the driving missions, which are just too pedantic for me..
