Average Engine Life

Hello all,

My uk n\a has done 115k miles and has full toyota service history up to 90k. The rest is self serviced and maintained - My question is how long does a toyota engine realistically last? I've heard of some engine going on forever!!!

Just curious as to your thoughts ;)

Mines now over 190K and still going strong, so yes they probably do last forever (if looked after properly )

If you look after your engine, change the oil regularly, they can go forever...regualr oil change is the secret!!!!

aye if its well looked after and anything fixed when needed, itll go for eons!
