Pioneer Avic-x1r Sat Nav

[M12 TURBO]

Anyone has any experience regarding fitting these to a RAV4. The reason I ask is that I am finding it very difficult to get hold of a genuine Toyota unit at a reasonable price. I might as well pay a bit extra and get a new unit.

I've been looking around too for the same reason - though I am eering towards a Tom Tom Go or Navman ICN510 type unit for flexibility - will be interested in how you get on with a fully fitted (and dearer type) unit.

I ended up getting a Toyota Colour Sat Nav from Kev69r. The unit is excellent, and it fits into the Rav4 perfectly (straight swap). I also got a manual for it.

Kevin is a good bloke helped me fit it, and we also went on a tst run to make sure everything was ok.
