:( It finally gave in this morning...sounded like a flipping bag of nuts in a washing machine!!! Taken it out and the teeth have worn beyond fixing.

The question is Wheres the best place to get a new unit? Im going to phone scrappers but any other ideas would be appreciated!! :thumbsup:

Seen some on eBay for 25 quid...any difference?..fitting is kind of easy..2 10mm bolts. (im pretty sure as an aluminium engineer I can handle that!!!)

Stick with the original matey. They`re designed to fit with the spoiler. Anything else will llook pants. When mine broke i got a S/H one off eBay. (Might have to wait a week or two for one to come up) MR2 ones are identical. :thumbsup:

I only found out cos i had a brand new ford one sat in the garage. Tried for about 2 hours to get it to sit right. Hopeless. :yes:

had a one on my st202 also . used to slant out into the traffic , complete crap , get a toyota mast fitted, if the motor still works. :thumbsup:
