I got some H&R springs yesterday and had them fitted today at a mates garage. Heres the results.

The springs have yet to settle but first impression, the car handles better, turns tighter, still has the bodyroll but not as bad. Comfort level remains just as good as standard, theres no noticable difference, it still floats along, and quiet over bumps. I highly rate the H&R Springs. Cost approx £170

Looks like a nice mod. Have you got a link for H&R? Since the suspension geometry will have changed, did you adjust the tracking? I've wondered if the handling would be improved by more toe-out anyway?

i havent adjusted the camber or anything just yet, i will be putting some 17s later, then ill have it checked then.

Ive lowered a TCR11 before too using Pi springs but they were crap, and the rear bottomed out a lot on big bumps or even off kerb. H&R or Eibachs are the only ones id recommend.

looks good so far.

give it a couple of months to settle in and it should be looking well good.

i thought i might go down this route

seeing as the bus has enough room to climb in the arches, these seem to be the lowest one i have found in the u.k. -35mm F&R.
