Servicing & Mot's

Hi all,

just a quick question about servicing and MOT's and your experiance.

My 2nd service is due Aug this year - I have some 'lighting' modifications to my car, and plan to make some performance mods too soon.

Will I need to remove all mod's (as they are all temp, not perm) for service?

Secondly, I presume puting my car back to standard as possible for MOT is the case?

I have led's wired to the Battery under the hood, with some single led's glaring down the grill at the front. When you opent the bonnet - a fair few wires are revealed - however all secure and tidy. should this be all ok?

Thanks in advance.

as long as bulbs are e marked, and front are both white and rear red etc then ur cool, if you have say blue/gree/ red side lights, remove

i didnt remove any performance parts from mine, passed with induction kit and exhaust

make sure u have no sitkcers or sunstrips on front of windscreen places can be picky

services is fine, if just service then dont bother, thell only be runing checks on car, you can see exactly what in your handbook depending on ur miles!!

but for MOT then yes! just wack stock lights back in!! lexus lights are fine aswell btw there more concerned with actual bulbs..

Constructive comment..................... For MOT....White or Amber ONLY to the front

Red or Amber (Plus white reversing) to the rear.

Any other colours (LED's) remove them and leave them off :bye:
