Oil And Water Levels?

I have noticed on my Avensis 1.8 SE (T reg) that the water and oil levels don't move? I mean 6 months since my last service, I haven't had to top up with oil or water....

I check them every 2-3 days and have done probably 6-8,000 miles.

Does this seem strange to anyone else?

Many thanks in advance.

Water (coolant loss) is BAD. small oil use is average, no oil loss is pleasing. At least you check it regularly which is also GOOD.

It would be nice if we were all so diligent!

I've never had to put a drop of oil in mine, in-between it's 9000 mile service.

She's done approx 96000 miles now. I don't even bother checking that regularly anymore - it never moves!

I feel really bad for those with the face-lift vvti and the really horrifying oil consumption levels. Mine's a goodun
