with the aid of a pressure guage u can up the fuel pressure a little.

can help throttle response on some highly modded cars

Oooh I might be interested in this as I am about to get a new fuel pump and fit my 550 cc injectors!

Do you need a seperate fuel prasure guage to tell what the preaure is set at?

The SPA fuel pressure gauge that I've got shows that it's set up at 42psi.
