is the mechanical driven speedo cable from a rev1 on 1 piece or 2?

basically the needle doesnt register when driving and assuming the cable is naffed or the drive unit on the box????

also the management light comes on at 60mph but resets upon switching the car off, the car does have deristrictor

It's in two pieces, there is a joint under the car where the cable goes under the plastic covers. The engine light is because the speedo isn't working - if the ECU gets no speed signal for 30 seconds over 35mph IIRC it put's the engine light on and drops into safe mode. Switching off and on will clear the fault until next time.
