Alrite Guys n Gurls,

This question has prob been asked Plenty of times, but i have jus bought a Fascia from Road radio, and i was jus wandering if there is a difference with the double din thing for the (Rav4 which fits the Yaris.) My Yaris is 2005 model, thats phrase 2 ya? i think, it should be anyway. Well on the Instructions, it says Echo,(Yaris) 2000-2002. That was b4 the Facelift i believe? (i mite be wrong) So i am wandering if it matters with the Double din tray thingy?

Cheers ppl.

I have a phase 2 yaris and the double din surround fits, also you don't have to use that you can remove the cash tray from the standard surround and fit your cd player in there.

here's the link for the yaris how to's

The outer fascia is different for a Phase 1 and a Phase 2 Yaris i know that for sure, they are different parts from Toyota.

(I have the phase 1 fascia and Rav 4 Double din unit)

I'm not sure that the Rav 4 unit is different though, you might have to check it out, can't imagine it is but you never know!

mmmm.... I kno that the outer surround is different, obviously coz it jus has a massive rectangular hole:P whereas mine now has the standard CD player in it so it has all the buttoms on it wiv the smaller Rectangular hole where the cash tray is. I dunt want it in cash tray, so dats why i gettin it dun like dis yea? :D:D

When you fitted yours in (Dicey2k) did you have to cut nething or take anythin off the Double Din.??? The fing is, on the manual, it says take off certain parts and then it will fit in...... im confused:S

Well thanx for ur replies, hoping to get more replies. Cheers!
