Door Handle Surrounds

wanted to put new Speakers in the front of my car so started takin the door lining off.unscrewed all screws and unpopped all the fasteners but the lining wont come off past the door handle assembly.takin the screw outta this but still cant find how to remove it and im getting a bit paranoid bout breakin somethin!any1 no how to do this without snappin stuff?

Hey, I had a wee look at this a while ago but cant remember exactly how I managed it. Got a couple of pictures, probably not much use though!

.......nope, not really any use now ive looked at them! lol

cheers bud think i can c how it clips in now!are the tweeters in the triangular bit of trim standard in your car?mine dont hav that!!:(

Yeah, they are in the triangular part.

What size Speakers are you going for and are you making custom frames for them? I reckoned they were 6.5"'s?

got jbl components from my last car that im gonna try and make fit.not sure what size they are.the tweeters are gonna be pretty hard to fit but ill try n get the same triangular bits as your car to save cutting up my triangles.

my Speakers are 13cm which is about 5" so yeah, ill prob have to make a bracket or summat.
