Newbie Says Hello

Hi Folks,

I've had my T-Sport for about 9 months now - I never realised there was such a huge following for this fun little tin can! Just thought I'd say hi...

Mine's an 01, Thunder Grey (which I gather is quite a popular colour round these parts :D ). Only 24k miles, just coming into her prime!

At the moment she's sitting round the back of the house following a "misunderstanding" with the DVLA and the Toyota garage I got her from. Therefore currently in a bog standard Yaris (doesn't even have metallic paint) courtesy car. However - the opportunity means that she has been completely concoursed to "production line" cleanliness and she's looking *great*!

Have some big plans involving lighting and interior goodies. I'll post some pics as and when. Also planning to dress up the engine, drop a couple of inches and ultimate plan - supercharge her.

Yeah, it was partly my fault too. The lady who sold the TS to the dealership never transferred ownership to them, and when I bought it from them it was never transferred to me. In the excitement of finding such a mint condition TS I never followed it up - and it only came to light when I went to tax her.

At least the dealership admitted their part and provided the other Yaris with no questions until it's sorted. But it's been 8 weeks... and a basic Yaris just 'aint the same... All I can do is stare out of my lounge window at her now :sigh:

Kimi has a Supercharger in hers but i dont think theres a bhp figure for it yet.

Have a look in The Garages (at the top) & u will see wot everyone has done to their Yaris :D
