Good morning forum,

Firstly thanks for all your help ref the yaris keys. Just for info I found a Locksmith in Darlington S+S Locksmiths who will reproce yaris keys from the sub for £58 + vat - far cheaper than Toyota who stated the job couldn't be done from the sub anyway. :D Thanks for all the help.

Next question, can I buy a blanking plate to remove the cassette and replace with a normal cd player. Any ideas where I can get one and how much they cost.

Once again thanks for all your help.

Rob

Indeed! It's all in the how to's, along with Toyota part numbers for the fascia Surround and the part number for the DIN unit to hold the stereo!

My masterpiece! Very easy to do by the way!!!

Hi apologies for the bump,

I need to order a fascia surround for a 2001 Yaris Verso, so that my wife can purchase an aftermarket cd plater. Everything I have seen has the lighter (bottom-middle), we need bottom-right.

Any thoughts welcome.

Thanks.
