Trimless T2s

I've notices a couple of these around Inverness, there seem to be a few Yaris T2s (all with the rear-window sticker of the local Mr T) that don't have the "biohazard" wheel trims but instead have silver 13" steelies and small black centre caps.

Does anyone have one? Why are they different?

I was thinking of doing a similar thing to my winter wheels (spraying them silver and fitting a small centre cap to protect the hub ends from salt and crud) instead of having a lowered car on steelies and standard trims. I was wondering how I would get hold of the centre caps if I can't describe what they're fitted to.

I've seen one of those near where i work Al, seems its some budget spec model!

Toyota never were innovators of good looking wheel trims though lets be fair! They do some nice standard alloys though eh??

Ummmmm... yeah

Will I get lynched if I say I don't actually like the standard alloys on the T-Spirit and 1.3CCs ?

Glad its not just me that's seen them though!

lol the t spirit wheels are ming :P they fall in the same catagory as the ford 3 spoke escort wheels :P mind starndard TS wheels are crud. well in fact ive never really seen a nice set of standard rims :P

i recon the standard t-sport ones are pretty nice, but think the 15" SR wheels are by far the best standard rims on yaris!

T-Spirit alloys are berluddy marvellous thanks!

Much nicer than having a set of steelies - I wouldnt swap them for anything!
