Celica Import Handbrake

My car has recently failed its MOT due to rear handbrake efficiency. My garage has identified the problem to be warn rear handbrake pads which fit inside the disc (it is not the rear discs themselves). Apparently as it is an import he is struggling to locate the parts required.

Does anyone know where I can obtain these from?

failing this try the toyota dealers they arn't really that expensive.
